Extending the dynamic website (looking for solutions)

Hello all,
I like the new built in website it has decent functionality but have been forced to keep the old portal around as well as my owners are hooked on some of the features (as am I for ease of managing the league)!.
Does anyone have extensions available that would provide:
Online contract extensions
Free Agent offers/signings
Pop-up user to user chat
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
