Home game vs Road game

2 questions:
1 - Does home game alter the way any of the players on your team play(boost home team, or nerf visiting team)?
2 - I understand that the simulator will put the lines out that are closest to 1st line, whatever is fully rested. Does this change at all depending on if it is home game or road game?
