When Manual Playoffs is enabled, after each round completes, the ProTeamStats and FarmTeamStats outputs do not display stats for any of the teams who are eliminated. I haven't noticed them deleting from any other output pages. It looks like it's only these two.

I don't have the same behavior than you. In the playoff, the ProTeamStats and FarmTeamStats only show the teams who made it to playoff. But if they are eliminated in first round, in the second round, the teams stat still show in there.
