KPHL Inaugural Season - 9 open GM spots

This is the inaugural season for the Karp Pond Hockey League, with currently 9 open spots. Teams are being aligned to their NHL teams. GMs will draft the team they want, with the notion that they will keep that team's prospects, and then protect 3F-2D-1G to keep with the rest of the players being surrendered to a draft to fill out the rest of the roster. Shooting for the team selection draft for the 27th and then having the regular season start on time with the NHL or a week behind and aligning by seasons end. Some features:

Ratings are currently based on most recent season
Cash/Accounting will be in play (managing salaries and salary cap)
