Add rules for same name prospect activation

Hi
Can we add a rule to the activate all prospects option?
If a player is already assigned to a team, a prospect with the same name shouldn't be taken from that team to the prospect team
I experienced this with Elias Pettersson and Jack Hughes recently.

Perhaps an odd fix, in the meantime - we just call them slightly different names.
For instance:
Sebastian Aho, C
Sebastien Aho, D
Elias Pettersson, VAN
Elias Petterssen, 2022 draftee
Jack Hughes, NJD
Jach Hughes, 2022 draftee

Yes, I normally do this.
It's just annoying to remember and go back and fix names during rerate season.

Hi everyone.
This apply to the "activate all prospects" function, correct? If yes, I have fixed the issue so a player must be unassigned to be activate by this function. The manual activates in the prospect menu already work like that.
