VHL - Victory Hockey League (GM and Player League)
Since 2007, the VHL has offered people the chance to create, train, and manage their very own professional ice hockey players. As a forum-based hockey league, users can earn weekly ability points (TPE) either with a couple of easy clicks or by writing stories, creating graphics, and even producing podcasts. All of which can add to the story of your player. Once you’ve earned these points you can apply them to your player. Playmaker. Sniper. Shut down D-man. Magician with the puck. Goalie with no holes. It's your player, your career, and your choice. All this magic is also simulated using STHS!
One of the greatest parts of the VHL is that we are a diverse community of hockey fans (and those who don't even hockey) who share a common interest in building player, chasing championships and hanging out online chatting about random stuff. As a user, you also have the chance to manage a team, create lines, negotiate contracts, and much more. Sometimes you're lucky enough to build lifelong friendships like many of us have!
