What is PH exactly?

I looked around but didn't see the answer to this. Is PH the ability to hang onto the puck and protect it from the opposition like a power forward, ala John LeClair or Cam Neely, or is it the ability to stickhandle around five players like a Denis Savard? I'd like to know so I can set up a proper formula for my league. Thanks.

Yeah, I did see the manual and know PH = puckhandling. Like I said I did look around before posting. Copy/Pasting definitions doesn't answer my question.

Does PH mean strength on the puck IE: hard to knock off of it, or does it mean the ability to go around players and make them look like pylons? That's what I need to know.

If it's covered in another thread and you know it, why not just point me in the right direction next time instead of locking the thread. Heck, it takes two seconds to just say what it means.

My apologizes to you, I wasn't sure who did. Still don't see why it should have been locked though.
