Junior league question

Im a long time FHL commish who is in the process of switching over to STHS. We will be using the simhl website portal as well. I am wondering what the best way to have a seperate junior league is. We usually have 15-18 year olds in juniors from which we drafted from, however i created the rosters based on the standard 2-3 point player progression each season, obviously player progression is different in STHS with the potential ratings and such. Just wanted to get some advice from other commishes if they run separate junior leagues how they go about doing this.
