Problem with unkown players in lines

When the League file is opened there are still same rosters and lines although its continuously changed. There are still unknowns and empty fields in the lines which causes continuos loosing of following matches, who knows. Please find the link of the lines which are still being downloaded with no change and empty fields.

There are correct lines and changes in Game reports but not on the websites. I cannost kill the feeling its connected tight with my continuous loosing and morover the reapairing and filling the lines again and again is not so funny as well.
If I can kindly ask you for an advice or your experience how to solve it, I'd be most grateful
