Poser - Do not add him to your league

There's some kid out there that goes around from league to league and he joins them, and leaves them within a short period of time.
This last one has to be a record even for this guy.
Started with the MRFHL in early October and advised the commish that he quit about a month ago (which would have been early October) obviously something is not right inthe head.
His last activity was 10/24/10 on our portal so his math may be lacking
Anyway, to anyone that has been contacted about him joining your league, don't waste your time, he's full of shit.

Hey Boys - I am about to advertise again for some open slots in my league. I was very aware of Chris, but, is there anyone else out there that joins and quits that leagues would like to share?

Don't know, but I have had both in the MRFHL and both have quit.
The last guy quit without telling anyone. Just...quit.
Better off with an empty team than to have either guy at teh helm.

It is also believed by many that Shaun Young uses many aliases, Mike Douglas being one of them.

He applied to my league, but when i contacted him for an open team he never answered back, Guess i was lucky.

Is there any board or site that Commissioners can log into that lists deadbeats. I don't mean someone who signs in then quits (like actually says 'I quit') but the infamous two week GM's that disappear, without a shred of decency to send you a message to say 'this league isn't for me'?
This would save a lot of us time, and, the hassle in the hiring process. Any ideas on what the network of GM's could do?

Nothing like that exists, At least not that i know of, But it would be a good idea.
