After a lot of research, I came to the conclusion that I’m unable to support the FTP option for the STHS users.

There are 7 different standards (RFC) for FTP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_Transfer_Protocol). My implementation in the STHS is based on the Microsoft .Net Framework. On the Internet, some FTP servers were created base 7 different standards and various compatibility issues exist between them. It’s just normal that some implementations are not compatible with the Microsoft .Net Framework.

The FTP option still stays in the STHS but if your FTP server is incompatible with the implement of the STHS, you’ll sadly not be able to use those options.

Après beaucoup de recherches, je suis venu à la conclusion que je suis incapable de supporter l'option FTP pour les utilisateurs du STHS.

Les options FTP resteront dans le STHS mais si votre serveur FTP est incompatible avec l’implémentation dans le STHS, vous ne pourrez malheureusement pas utiliser ces options.

Well you'll continue to develop/support the more common standards? Maybe the issues come from home based ftp servers and they would just need to find an alternative FTP server?

It's very hard to me support this function at all since I won't have the information from both side: Client side (STHS based on Microsoft .Net Framework) and server side (FTP Server based on ??). Every FTP server is programmed differently.

yea aside from sftp, mine works on my own home ftp server and also on another webhost I have access to. I'm surprised it's that difficult for a standard protocol since like the beginning of time (not a knock on you, more at ftp server programs out there)

Maybe a list should be made of known working FTP hosts.

then it says connection failed. What does that error mean?

Your FTP server is not compatible with the STHS.

Maybe you could set it up as a open source software or module so each league could program it themselves to work?

it really surprises me that a standard like FTP has so many variations that can break things...

It's usually the case with long date standard. For example, HTML 4 is Standard that it's so old that a lot of new tag were added over the years. That why back a couple of years, some features were not supported by some browser.

Salut, j'ai un probleme. Toute la saison j'ai n'ai jamais eu aucun probleme avec la connection ftp et la tout d'un coup sans rien changer ca fuck

ca me donne un code d'erreur 530 -non connecté. mais pourtant mon ami avec le meme fichier lui ca fonctionne.

Comme mentionné dans le premier message en haut, je ne peux pas t'aider avec les problèmes FTP.

Alors...on fait quoi ?? Il y a rien à faire ? Je viens d'acheter la license et franchement...je suis perdu.

J'ai trouvé comment me débrouiller...alors si quelqu'un n'y parvient pas...vous pouvez m'écrire...

Oui bonjour, depuis quelques années je suis sur un serveur et l’adresse ftp fonctionnait. Maintenant elle ne fonctionne plus. Ce serait quoi le problème? Voici le code d’erreur 530

Selon mes recherche, le code erreur 530 est que la combinaison du nom utilisateur et mot de passe n'est pas valide.
