Player scoring percentages?

A while back there was a thread (maybe for V2) that discusssed the percentage chance a player had to score a goal and why it would be "counter productive" to have a line of all forwards with 80+ SC, or something along those lines. Anyone know what I'm talking about or where I can find this thread? Thanks.....
