Use New Tie Breaker Rules IS enabled

I just wanted to get a calrification on the new rules so we can figure out the scenarios of who gets in...



Stl plays Minn in the final game. So if Stl wins then the final two spots go to Stl and LA, that much I can figure. But.....

1. If Minn wins, then both Stl and LA will have 90 points. Who gets in and why?
2. If Minn gets an OT/SO loss, then both Minn and LA will have 90 points. Who gets in and why?

You are using the "Standard Standing" output setting that do not show the number W in regular and overtime. Uncheck this option and reoutput your standing to make the calculatation.

P.S. I'll add the ROW colomn for the next version.
