I'm just curious to the overall formula in regards to Offensive and Defensive Players.

On the bottom there are

fights option
goals option
injuries option
morales option
penalties option
shots option
hits option

i understand the overall formula portion above it all and how that works but i have no idea what these (options) are and why they effect the overall formula.

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but just to verify:

If I for example have the "Goals Option" for Offensive Forwards set to 4, then 4% of the Goals slider settings is part of the OV for all Offensive Forwards?

If youhave the "Goals Option" for Offensive Forwards set to 4, it's mean 4% of the overall of your players will be based on how offensive your league is.

Another digging up of an old thread, but I also have a general question on this. All of these settings ONLY pertain to OV, correct? Adjusting these settings would have no bearing on a player's ability to score, defend, hit, etc...right?

Pourrais-tu formuler cette phrase plus précisément, j'ai un peu de la difficulté à comprendre qu'est-ce que les ''Options'' vont faire.

Les options vont varier l'Overall d'une ligne à une autre ligne. Une ligue simulée qui veut être défensive, les joueurs avec un haut DF vont avoir une meilleur OV que dans une ligne où les options de simulation sont très offensives.

Hi, one further clarification. If I were to put all the OV points into the characteristics above the options section, then OV would remain static no matter what I do with slider settings?
