HSHA SET TO BEGIN JAN 4TH

Still need 7 GMs, maybe a couple more if I don't get responses soon.
I'd like to start by saying I rated each and every player myself, and the rates should be almost perfect.
Details:
SIM Re Rate league, however at each season end you have the option of re rating a player or two.
Special feature: Realistic contract extensions between commish and GM
Chances are we'll upgrade to v2 in a year or so, but this season will be v1.
