STHS Website Design Help

Hello, I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help or supply our league a template for our website.
Currently our league uses the default template by STHS. The link to our site is here: http://cdcvhl.com/<-- This league is using a old & unsupported website with full of security issues!
However, season 2 is almost starting and we're looking to improve the website starting with the design. I've seen certain websites look like this: http://www.wchlsim.com/hallfame.php or similar to NHL.com
If anyone out there would be kind to supply the template, it would be greatly appreciated!
