Re-rates are based on NHL performance and based on a 3 year cycle with the most recent year weighing more. We have a cap and use grids to sign RFAs and your own UFAs; a closed bid process for UFAs who have no been re-signed.
We are an active league that is stable on consistent. We have a great core of GMs who are mature and laid back. We require GMs to be active on spend time on messenger.
