Sorry if this question has been asked before, but wondering how other commishes handle buyouts of players and specifically those that are on the farm. I don;t want a situation where someone sends down a high priced player or passes them through waivers then buying out the player at the discount farm...

Also wondering if anyone has most up to date rosters with some of this season's prospects created (ie. John Tavares)?

Any chance you have the revised ratings with salaries included? It would be a great help for those needing to kickstart a league (like myself ) and get right into fantasy drafting and not have to sign each player to contracts afterwards?

Anyone know what would be the best way to get the names of each NHL teams propsects (not the entry draft 2009) so that one could add them to each team using the latest rosters in the Download section? or does anyone have just the rookies for 2009 created? I will probably use DVHL or SIMHL's ratings and reshuffle all the teams in my league, but if anyone could help out with the new additions this season would greatly appreciate it.

isn't there a way to manipulate a CSV file to import updated rosters where one has changed a team identification field? or a way to use seperate importing sessions to update existing rosters and player placements?

do you suggest a setting or what to do about morale for the current version? Is there something I can tweak myself in player ratings or in the settings/sliders to lessen their influence (the morale effect/rating etc.)?
