if there are many players on waivers( start of season) how many can a team put claims in on at one time thru the client? Obviously they would follow the waiver priority list, but how many active claims?

I updated to 3.2.9 from 3.2.6 and my pc won't allow me to open it. the older version still works. something in your announcement of the version said about replacing the .dll file. can you please explain to me the process or is it automatic I was running windows 7 and moved to 10. not sure why other ...
