I think I figured it out, if I uncheck the box "Ship to my billing address" it gives me a spot to put my name in Shipping Address. I hope that would work to have my name on the output pages.

I'm going to lay out all of the details to my problem, hopefully someone has a fix but probably not. Thanks in advance! My league simulates every other day. Day 53 was on 2/10. File was saved, recovery file was created. Day 54 was on 2/12. File was apparently not saved. No recovery file was created....

yeah I didn't see that it was -1 on 3 for the PK. So it's not the bug that I originally though, but still a bug in calculation as it reported 33% PK when it should be 0%
