True, this is a sim rerate league though.

But that makes sense, pick a specific ratings file and use their ratings for new prospects.

Trying to get some ideas on the best way to handle creating drafted prospects.

So how do you guys handle this?

is there a way to convert player/goalie ratings from v1 to v2?

i am not looking to import a v1 league into v2, just want the ratings from a v1 league but converted into the new stats for v2

Looking to start a new league. It will be simple rules. No waivers, but a farm salary cap to avoid good players being stashed in the ahl. a simple FA system, resigns based on a salary chart etc. using older style divisions/conferences (wales/campbell, norris etc) but using current players nhl teams ...

its no big deal, we are drafting tomorrow in forum so ive just fixed up the list to include them properly.

ok i just tried that, the year the picks disappeared from is year 2, but when i try to add a year 2 pick the program tells me it must be greater than 2

using v1 of the sim i just noticed that one of my teams lost all of their 2011 draft picks. they are not listed in the draft picks box in the transaction menu only one team is missing them and i went through all the other teams and checked they have not been moved accidentally. we had an odd situati...

looks like i missed it. is there no way to retrieve the file? i didnt see a popup about awards or anything like that
