Re: Re-rate Page

Actually, if you must rely upon faulty assumptions in an attempt to logically demonstrate a point, you don't have one. Exactly, then take your own advice because that doesn't even make sense in regards to anything I have said. The faulty assumption is YOU trying to determine if the bottle is half e...

Re: Re-rate Page

That's like saying even though I live in a house without a pool, I will not move into a much nicer house with a pool, because that pool is currently not working. Yes, and they would prefer not to switch if it doesn't allow them to utilize the available options. Re: Re-rate Page

I'm in agreement with Simon on this, Kramden. I still use v1.1 in my league, but with the v2 software. It's worth it for the "position listing" as opposed to "position switching" alone. The former is a one time thing, while the latter can happen several times over the course of ...

Re: Re-rate Page

Because there is WAY more option in V2 that in V1. I would just prefer for my GMs to not even see the all the lines editing options that they can't use until we are actually ready to switch to V2. As of right now I see far too many complaints about the simulation engine so I don't feel comfortable ...

Re: how do you handle prospect creation in your leagues?

If you do a Google search I believe you can find a league equivalencies chart; i.e., 1 NHL goal is = to, say, 0.7 CHL goals. That might be useful for the Sim reraters.

Re: Realistic Ratings?

Let me just say that I like your idea, and applaud the apparent time and effort you've put into this project. However ... Your DF ratings look like they're based on +/-, and that is just a no no. Henrik Sedin - 92df, Pavel Datsyuk - 83df = realism fail. Also, shouldn't Kovalchuk have a highe...
