Hyphenated names appear multiple times on finance pages on portal. I go to outdated player list to remove them and when I click remove it says error on page. How do I fix this?

I try to register my simulator and it says I can't connect to sths.info. How come this is?

My client file still is not working. I went through my hosting and there is no issue there, when I upload my client file to my site, it says it uploaded, but when I click download, it says page not found.
