It could be as small as a tilde or a copy/paste thing. Some of our copying led to weird formats for players with "Mc" in their names even after clearing all formats. Of you get it down to just a few players still in error, retype their name in the CSV file and try again. Worked for us. :) ...

No need to take potshots. We're carving out a little space and providing options. That only helps the community at large.
