I know how important they are in the real NHL but I am not sure how much it is impacted in the sim.

If a player drop to a certain level of condition, he can get injured and back to available at the same time. It depend on your injury recovery rate. If he get injured, he lost is Captains or Assistant title. The lost of C and A was plan from start but a lot of you want me to remove only the C and A...
