Yes it should be fixed, fights should be based on FG and not DF.

I kind of have to agree about fights. Last season out of the top 100 fighters from the Individual Leaders page only 17/100 were forwards, and of those 17 there were 7 who had only 1 fight. Kind of similarly for PIMs, out of the top 100 only 25 were forwards. Edit: V2.2.7 Sim engine 1.5 Fights slider...

It varies, you will find leagues that do it each way.

My mistake, I didn't realize the option had to be activated to have it count against the cap, I thought it was automatic.

In the client, in the sim and on the finance page change the text of "Special Salary Cap Value" to "Salary Cap Hit". That's exactly what it is so that's what it should be called
