The Throwback National Hockey League(TBNHL) is looking for GM's to start off its first annual off-season.
The league which just completed its first season, will be entering the year 1991-92. As commissioner, I am very active and never fall behind or miss sim nights. Free agency is just around the corner and will not start until a few new GM's are found. Giving the new hires a chance to put their stamp on their teams right away!
