Great Team = Crappy Standings - Line Help Needed

Post by jedinite83 »

Hi,

I have one of the best teams (Boston Bruins) in the league that I am in (nhl-sim.net) but yet, I can't seem to win much. I am not scoring nearly enough or even shooting the puck. I have moved my lines around a few different ways but can't seem to find something to make anything work. We are half way done the season and I am in jeopardy of missing the playoffs and I traded my first round pick away...which means I do not want it to be a lottery pick for the GM that has it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I have great forwards, and mediocre defense and a decent goaltender. Here are is my roster:

The latest...2.3 I believe.
I've just made some trades and acquired Stephen Weiss (2nd line), Jay Bouwmeester (first line defense), Brian Boyle and Drew Miller to play on my fourth line. Traded Spezza and Klesla. Sent Toffoli and Smith to the minors.
