ECHL is still looking for 2 GM's. The league is in it's 5th season and we have just made a complete overhaul. New Sim (STHS), New Website(SIMHL WebPortal) and some new GM's. We currently have a very solid core of knowledgeable gm's but finding quality GM's isn't always a simple task. Thus we are using the trial and error approach. We interview all candidates and give a brief probation period. If you show that you know you stuff and have what it takes to make it in a competitive league then you're a shoe in.
The league is ran thru a Board of Directors. The Board is made up of 5 members all GM's of the league. The board gets together to make all league decisions, so it's not a 1 man show. We value everyone's opinion and are always looking for ways to improve the league. If you feel that you fit this description contact the league via our website. We will then get in touch with you.
