Victoria is full of youth, and Philly has some youth but a huge amount of cap space to rebuild with. I would like to get the open market phase open tomorrow night. We will be entering our 8th season in a week in a all likelihood (FA goes by really fast), and a season, including FA and playoffs typically takes 45 to 50 days to get done.
