Need A Little CSS Help

Okay,

I saw this in another league (I cant for the life of me find it anymore, but it was a STHS league) and in pages like 'Rosters' and 'Player Vitals' they somehow had graphics appear where the team names were. I am trying for the life of me to find coding to do it. I think it would probably be CSS or maybe even PHP.

I wanted to do this so I could replace the team names like 'Anaheim Ducks' with images, rather than have it be just plain text. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

No, thats not it. It has to just be some very simple coding (I havent been able to figure it out though). For example, on the HTML Rosters page (or Lines page, or Vitals Page) instead of having the team name above the information, it was either replaced or covered up by a graphic. It has to be a very simple code, but I cant figure it out for the life of me.

Grr, thats not it either. It looked just like the HTML pages, except graphics instead of text for team names. Hopefully I run across it again so I can figure it out. If anyone runs across it, let me know

Okay, I didnt want to clutter the board down with another similar topic, but I have another question.

Does anyone have any pointers on how to format these pages nicely with CSS or anything else? I have been trying to tinker with it for the last 2 weeks and cant get anything to work on all the pages (things that should have the same tagging, dont, and i dont want to have a different CSS file for each page, because that would defeat the purpose). Does anyone have any pointers on what tags are on these pages, or can point me somewhere? This is getting really frustrating.
