je me sert des cote simhl pour ma ligue et je cherche à savoir de combien peuvent t'elles variés d'une saison à l'autre si nous prennons la NHL comme références.
ex:

The simhl use a formula to do the rates as seen on their web site: http://www.simhl.net/ratings.html
I do believe a player was rated based on the league he played the most games in. So if a player played 5 games in the NHL and 70 in the AHL i think they use the AHL stats.
Now please keep in mind that the OV means nothing. Your player will not play better because he has a higher OV than another similar type player.
It is all based on the individual rates.
So your question will be hard to answer.
