Looking for a Toronto Based Website Developer

I will need a league website... I have the basic idea up and need it converted to CSS... otherwise I require someone with heavy duty php sql and all that fun stuff knowledge. Also, if you can intergrate with vbulletin... even better. I'm willing to throw $$$$ at this.... PM me if your interested.
