Ratings Formula's

I am currently working on building a ratings set for the 05-06 season. I was wondering if anyone had any formula's for the different categories for the simulator either for STHS or FHL. I have my own but I am looking to improve them. I would of course site your formula(s) if I used them or adjusted them at all for providing them.

i have formula too !! but the best fort having many roster is to build your own formula. More roster is the best thing for a simulator !!
