I have a big offensive team
but yet last year I finished with the worst offense in the league and the worst PP
so far this year I have the same problem
I ran out of ideas and I dunno what's wrong with my team
roster: http://lnhs.inter-systeme.ca/File/2011- ... l#Senators
lines: http://lnhs.inter-systeme.ca/File/2011- ... l#Senators
my team is the Senators
it seems that for 2 years average teams have dominated and strong teams like mine have struggled
so my question is what can I do to start winning?
do I have to trade some or bench somne of my star players?
any help would be appreciated
thanks!

Opinions will surely vary, but I think if you check out section 7.2 of the v2 manual (more specifically the decision formula) and then look at your players' SK-PA-SC you will find your answer. That is all I will say (I have to let you do a little work at least ) but it stood out for me when I looked at your team.

Re: need help to win and score goals (version 2.0.7)
If I understand this correctly, the actual ratings themselves do not matter as it is only their value relative to each other that determines what a player will do with the puck? Which player will likely score more goals in a season, a player with SK-70, PH-70, PA-70, DF-70, SC-70 or a player with SK-60, PH-60, PA-60, DF-60, SC-70?
If it's the relative value of these ratings that matter, then the 2nd one should score more goals then the first since he will shoot the puck more. Am I correct in this thinking or would the lower other ratings reduce his abilities?
Thanks for your help. I've been in a 30 team league for the past 4 years and have not got out of the 1st round of playoffs yet so any help would is greatly appreciated.

If I take a look to your ratings, almost all of your players have high SC and PA at the same time, that doesn't work well with V2 (see manual, section about the differents engine). You should trade for players with big SC, low PA, low SC and big PA and mix them all together
