Re-rates are based on NHL play. This is an active league and all GMs are expected to meet deadlines, keep up on the forum, participate, and put in MSN time at least a couple times per week.

There is a great core of GMs who are laid back and fun but also professionals in RL.

We have finished out first season and are going strong. Looking to add one or two more active GMs.
