Headlines ne fonctionne pas / not working ???

quelqu'un peut m'aider pour m'indiquer l'endroit exact ou les installer dans mon FTP ???

Here a hint,

If 1 GM writes an article but doesn't select a photo for it, none of the photos will circulate and you will have a black screen where they should be

ya I notice that and after few hour past in front lolll I saw that it was only the 3 last post that are posting in the headlines !!!
