Vancouver, Ottawa, St. Louis and Phoenix GM's needed

The WCHL is seeking GM's for Vancouver, Ottawa, St. Louis and Phoenix.

We are in our 11th season, and have been active since late 2003, becoming one of the longest lasting leagues on the internet. We have a great list of veterans GM's, many of whom have stayed since the beginning, and we are looking to add to that crew with four more talented managers.

The WCHL is based on NHL rerates, giving GM's the chance to build a legitmate team which can win not only the WCHL, but also could vie for the Stanley Cup in real life.
