Prospect en double

Bonjour,

SIM V2 2.1.3.3 And Website version 3

Lors de la signature des Prospects la personne en charge d'entrer les infos dans le SIM, n'a pas passé par le bouton Prospect des Clubs mais l'a fait par la signautes manule des Agents libres. Ceci a pour cause d'avoir les propect dans les équipes et dans les prospect. Une fois au courant qu'il n'avait pas passé par la bonne place, Il a tenté de supprimer les entrées dans le bouton Prospect pour corrigé le tout. mais le site web ne ce met pas à jour après l'imporation des CSV. Est-ce qu'il y une façon de corriger le tout ?

During the process of promoting prospects, the person in charge of entering the data, didn't use the prospect button in clubs section, he enter it via the manual UFA for result to have duplicate players in propect and team sections to correct the situation he try to delete all the entries in the propect and regenerate and upload outputs but still in double on the Website. Anyone know how I can fix this ?

Well you need to delete the duplicate prospects names from the prospect list in the sim first.
Once that is done you go into your Web Portal Database and empty the Prospect file.
If your sim csv file is correct and there are no more duplicate names then you would just upload the updated prospect csv to the portal.

Delete the duplicate prospects names from the prospect list in the sim first.
The manually delete the duplicate prospect one at a time from each teams prospect list. If you have the admin log-in you have access to do this.
