how do I do so ?, plz help I'd like to get some new guys into the league

hey guys; I was just wonderin if it was possible to import new players into the league as I know how to create .csv file or .drs file and I want to bring a bunch of young players into my league as I have a bunch of 45-50+ year old players and would like to bring in some new guys... as I'm on year 15...

I chose I believe 49 teams and during the first season a new team was created.... or perhaps I just missed the team when naming....

Alright everything works HOWEVER I have a question about the game....

the game automatically created a team and called it "Team 9" does it always do this or what ?

I recently added a few teams to my league (to make a total of 40 teams) but none of the new teams have players and I can't do a fantasy draft... I can only do an entry draft but the entry draft only allows me to draft people already in the game which would in sense make multiples of'em... any sugges...
