Hey, I still can't get the .csv file to make a v2 .str file. What am I doing wrong?

So I'm using V2 of the client, and I made the .str file from the "non-correct" ratings, but I can't get them to become a V2 .str file, am I doing something wrong, or will the updated ratings fix that? I created a V1 .str file just to preview the ratings on a webpage, and they look great so...

My french isn't amazing, but they are discussing individual ratings, which leads me to believe they are out.

I know my league eagerly anticipates these ratings, we used them last year and really liked them.

One new person has joined the league, which means that we have one for sure spot open, one spot is most likely open, and after that it comes down to how the roll call works out.
