I am very interested. I filled out an application yesterday asking for the Flyers, and if I could change the team name. If not, that's fine. Do you guys base player ratings off how they perform during the season? Re-rates? I would love the opportuniy to become a GM in your league

Do most leagues base player ratings off how the players do in the NHL (use BRHL ratings) rather then how they do in the league? Just curious to know if that's how most work.
