It's not in any screenshot but it does exist. You will be surprise by the number of option that is not mention anywhere.

J'ai déjà des ratings pour les joueurs et les coaches mais aucun rating n'est parfait. S'il existe 3 "ratings" différent, chaque commissaire va choisir le meilleur "ratings" selon lui.

When the STHS will be release, it'll be version 1.0. Any STHS release with number 1.* (1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3, 1.6 for example) will be free. If I release a version 2.0, I cannot tell you if version 2.0 is be free or not. It's depending on too many factors for me to be able to answer you today. Sorry.
