I sent down my high end back up and called up a subpar one and since then, my starter has been on fire going 7-0-1. Gaa and save% is much better. RNG or is the backup affecting stuff?

Thats 55-60% going against other team's best fo guys tho. If the top guys went against caufield and guys like that, theyd probably be around 80-90%

I end up winning more faceoff in the game than the opposite team. Last game i had more faceoffs wins and the game before that it was nearly 50/50. Shouldnt i be getting destroyed at the dot?

How come when i put my lowest faceoffs guys i have, i win the faceoff battle in the game. My 4 centers fo rating are 55, 56, 56 and 57. And 3 of then are small guys with very low strength. Ive also been putting my 80ov goalie in. The top goalies are near 95ov, while the low end starters are around 8...

Its all mostly random. Just use your best player overall. Rating specific players never did any better for me. Had 3rd best pk last year, have 3rd worst this year. No idea why. Never noticed any difference with sliders also, results are all over the place, its impossible to find consistency in order...

What goes into faceoffs?

Is it just Fo rating? Coach? Strat?
Just curious to see, for example, how a 90fo player can win 60% against a 92fo player but then another 90fo player only wins 30%. What causes a big discrepancy? Or is the randomness margin just that big?

Yep also seeing this in one of my league using 2.1. And whenever its a low skill backup that comes in. Automatically allows 4 goals on 6-7 shots then starter goes back in.

Been in leagues with engine 1.5, and 2.1. Anyone has tips for engine 2.0? Thanks
