Ratings 2008

I want to know if a poeple can explain me how you put the ratings in the simulator and i want to know if the 2008-09 ratings is do it with the entry draft and the UFA's i try 2-3 times to put it in simulator whitout succes....

Je voudrais savoir si quelqun peut mexpliquer comment ont mets les rosters dans le simulateur et est ce que les rosters avec le repechage et les agents sont fais car jai essayer a plusieurs reprise de les mettre dans le simulateur sans resultats...

Please list the exact steps you took to import them, from there we can help you figure out where the problem is.
