Hey there - yet another off season, and yet another need for some new faces in the NHL2.

We are a slightly retro league, just finishing up the NHL2 Cup Finals. We are looking for GM's in four cities - that will take over an exciting off season that will include an expansion draft, entry draft, our unique free agency, and ratings used on the NHL 2008-2009 season. We have a farm affilate in the ECHL that our unassinged players and prospects go to play. We have full farm and expect GM's to participate in the farm - make it as fun as possible, but also, realizing that the #1 goal is the pro championship. There is a sim everyday, and, once I learn PHP, we will be a portal. When the 2009-2010 season is ready, we will be moving onto V2 - but for now, we're still in V1, and will work in the transition slowly - ensuring that all bugs in the program are worked out!

Don't like it when a player plays well in the sim and sucks in the real life? We allow the to sim to re-rate two players, as we call it a 'ratings veto'. This is an established league, and, never has needed in the past, so many GM's to fill vacancies, but, we do need 4 GM's for the following teams:

We are going up to 21 teams (sorry guys - I have the GM already) and have long term Gm's to retirement, one to expansion and one due to lack of activity. We do have a solid base of 16 GM's with various personalities. I don't like going through GM's, so I do ask

1. Serious applicants only
2. If your not interested - don't apply
3. I made up a long advertisement about my league, please, try to make your advertisement about why we should let you in at least with some effort

If you've looked at the website in the past, it's been updated to make it more IE friendly.

I am a little embarrased about having to fill that many GM's, we don't normally lose that many - but, at least you have choices

Don't like the city but want the team? Let me know, we can look at switching Citys/Teams.

Still in need of three GM's to take over duties ASAP for the three teams listed above.

Your first duties will be
-With the new ratings, setup your protected list for the expansion draft
-Start drafting for the 2009 entry draft
-Free Agency
-Start new season

We should be ready to start the new season in early May 2011 - Late April 2011.

I want to add that with the way the NHL2 schedule is always made up, I can two sim days without overlapping teams (teams will play once in the double sim - or its not a double sim). So therefore, you will have a game every day! (or at least 20 out of 21 real time days).
