I just tried to open the latest Zip file containing V2 Ratings and I got an error that the zip was invalid or corrupt.
My internet connection is flaky right now, so that could very well be the cause, but just in case the file needs to be re-uploaded, I figured I'd mention it.

Effective determination for given condition is a zip recovery. The utility owns some necessary facilities such as restoring zip files after power failures, viruses. The software demonstrates the results of working with bad .zip files.
