OTHL looking to fill a couple teams

The OTHL is looking to find a couple new community members. here are the quick details:

long time, actively administered
Many original GMs, and even more long time GMs
30 team
NHL re-rate (LCHV package, STHS engine 1.5)
Portal web site
Forum activity, and article writing is required
Human agents negotiate contracts with GMs.
full amateur draft in summer
