Anyone want to share how they calculate for NHL Rerates??

Im thinking of switching to this, and would like some opinions/advice.

Hi

For my league (alphahockey.com) I do Rerate by hand. Based on their last season we upgrade or downgrade the rate depend on the age, stats or position.

I could share more specificly our way to operate If you want but It just logic.
