I am going to do this again. I should have been using Dan's street cred right from the start. The thephl.net has been around a while and this will be a sister league to that one.
It would be a full draft starter league with a $20 a season fee for prizes. The goal of the $20 is to keep people more active and prevent GM’s from hopping in and out of the league. I would want close to a full league. I am not a fan of all start teams. And none of us want to lose the guys we pick in expansion drafts.
